If there was a lower star than 1, I would have used that for the staff. I felt racially discriminated. The two staff members happily getting their pictures taken and chatting without acknowledging that I I have been standing looking at them for a while. Costa has always been my preference but never again am I setting my foot in this Costa. Please treat people with respect and dignity as its everyones right!!!
