As Im currently ticking off WatchHouse locations from my list, this has been one of my favourite visits so far: especially for studying Not only is the space humongous, but theres three floors of tables (not too close to one another), plugs and Wi-Fi! The service was incredible as always and the coffee even better!

I thought I was the only one until I saw other reviews. Very rude staff who would not refund me when they overcharged for a baby-sized mediocre coffee. The 2/F is too hot. Such a shame because the interiors were beautiful, unfortunately would not return. Other cafes in the area were smaller but service was much better.

Oh dear, what a disappointing experience. I thought I'd try out this place as a prospective venue for a work meeting, and I'm glad I tried it beforehand as the coffee was unpleasant, and I appeared to have inconvenienced the man who served me by asking him what brand of oat milk was served. He turned to a similarly miserable female colleague to mock me for asking about a brand of milk. I was the only customer in the cafe, which was understandable given the reception I received. I asked the male server if he could mix in a sugar for me (as the sugar doesn't dissolve if it's put in after the coffee is made) and he pointed to the sugar counter so I could put the sugar in myself. I was happy to leave the cafe as the atmosphere was unpleasant much like the coffee, which consequently ended up in the bin.
