I asked for a cold brew and the waitress and the baristas didnt know what that was. So I asked for an iced americano, and still, they didnt know what that was. I explained it to them and the waitress asked me if I wanted any milk in that, I said no milk, just black. Well, in the end Ive been served an iced latte with sugar (which I didnt ask for) and whole fat milk. It youre a vegan or lactose intolerant as in my case, make 100% sure that they get the right order.
