Staff was busy and it is understandable, we didnt wait too long, and could definitely have waited the five extra seconds it would have taken for the chef to season the steak and chips.
I didnt expect much, but an unseasoned (I mean it, it was tasteless) steak and chips (again, no salt on them. Just bland, sad little chips with some mayo and ketchup on the side as if to say: This will help a little) is not a pleasant to end the day, especially at around 20 a plate.
How unfortunate. Great location, staff somewhat friendly, but really awful food.

The view is spectacular, and the feeling you get by looking around is worthy of Canary Wharf. The prices and portion sizes are also aligned with this area, therefore a bit high.
The steak was done as asked and was delicious, especially with the peppercorn sausage. The only recommendation I have is about the chips: but too plain and not complementing the meat.
