Just under Two weeks before the party, I receive an email, to say my booking has been cancelled due to electrical issues.
Mind you, this is during the Xmas period, so getting a hold of new venues has been tricky, with most people on holiday until the new year.
I finally found a new venue and have asked for when I will receive my money back.
Not only have they told me my money will come back by cheque, even though this was not the payment method I paid with,
But they cant give me an exact date on when this will be actioned.
Its funny that they have clear guidance on receiving money, but find it difficult to reciprocate, especially with the current climate of living conditions.
I am still waiting to hear back from someone!
