What a little gem of a place. Ive attended 2 yoga workshops this month with Sarah (incredible teacher!) its the perfect, intimate space for focusing on your practice. Ill be back to check out the treatments for sure.

I recently had two MLD massages post surgery with Marion. I was in a lot of discomfort but Marion was so gentle throughout the whole session. She put me at ease from the minute I walked into the room. Once the sessions were over she helped me put back on the compression garments on my legs. This is quite a difficult task as my legs following surgery were very sensitive and painful but Marion was just so gentle and gave me good advice on how to put the garments on. My mum had been experiencing dizziness and numbness to her arm for at least 6 months, which was rather concerning and she couldn't find any solutions to relieve the symptoms. She underwent a series of sessions with Simon over a period of 4 months to treat the symptoms. She found that Simon's treatment was very beneficial and noted an marked improvement after each session. Thanks for the great service!
