Tootoomoo is one of the most popular food chains in London. The main idea is to be seated and order Chinese inspired food and get it quickly and enjoy in a very relaxed and casual environment. Went for dinner at Tootoomoo Crouch End. There was a queue for the table, it was peak dinner so understandable. While at the queue we were given menus to look at, suggesting they were trying to speed up the process, so that by the time we're sat at the table we would be ready to order. The queue moved quickly and we got a table. We waited around 5mins and member of staff came to ask for drinks order or food as we were ready to order. The food arrived quickly and the drinks just before the food. The food was delicious as usual, absolutely no issues there. The option to scan a QR code and pay the bill was really handy considering how busy the staff was. I would suggest that they try to improve their service during busy periods like Dinner time.

I took the first bite of my chicken chowmein and guess what was in my food.. Not a hair... Not a nail.. Not an eyelash.. A sharp metal staple!!! Are you serious!! I've got absolutely no idea how you can even get a staple into the food!! Luckily I didn't swallow it, I got it caught in my back tooth whilst chewing and holy s**t was it painful, but it could have been a lot worse! Really Not Impressed At All!
