(Translated by Google) Giving four stars because it's just a fast food restaurant, the standard is actually okay. The portion of the noodles is small, but the noodles are very strong. It would have been nice if it had been slightly spicier. In addition, the location is very hard to find, in the corner of the second basement floor, you have to walk into the wharf kitchen to see it. What happened to this place? My last order looks like from a different restaurant, I cant believe it! It used to be amazing, my fav food, now the taste is bland, it lacks spices and salt, and biang biang noodles look more like pappardelle Dreadful experience.

The noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the spicy sauce was packed with flavor. I also loved the addition of the tender braised beef and lamb. A very satisfying meal and I can have it everyday !

Such disappointing noodles! Unfortunately the biang biang noodles were undercooked - the noodles were way too thick and stuck together, not to mention how oily they were.
