The food arrived cold and waiting time was more than 1 hour. Sometimes, I didn't received the full order, they mixed up or they forgot to send all items ordered.

The guy who take the order looks like a drunk they are very tired .not good customer service.

Not the best chicken shop I have ever eaten out from. The Chicken pieces were not cooked properly or the chicken was simply old, as the meat wouldn't come that easily from the bone. The seasoning wasn't great either. The guy over the counter didn't give me what I have wanted , so I had to ask him for more.
