They make mistakes serving the orders and just dont recognise. Instead they blame the customer and argue. arrogant atitude, unprofessional staff with no manners!!! No wonder why theres so many bad reviews !! never coming back again .

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely the worst place Ive been to ever never ever go here. Please dont buy anything if you ever even think about it they charged me 7.50 for a chicken burger and chips. The chips was cold no The buns cold not toast seemed old Lettuce inside was going off Asked for chilli sauce told me another 50p No salt or sauces given No tissues given Drinks selection is all the cheapest ones you can buy from the cash and carry vimto 7up sugar free Pepsi max Thats its absolute cheapskate takeaway NEVER NEVER EVER WOULD I GO HERE AGAIN AVOID Zero star

Soooo slow. Staff need training to stop doing unnecessary things and to prioritise serving customers who are coming in. Theyd closed off the seating area and someone was sweeping up in there, another 3 staff just standing around aimlessly in the kitchen taking ages to come and serve. No chicken was in the heater or anything, a delivery driver came in to collect an order that shouldve been ready for him by now and they hadnt even started on it - told him itll take 15 mins to make the order. One person seems to be taking an order, making it from scratch and only when its done THEN taking the next persons order whilst the other 3 staff do pointless things. Why are you focusing on closing up and cleaning at 8pm when youre open for another 5 hours until 1am??!
