I made an order for delivery, which when arrived was missing an item. I phoned the store to see if they could offer any assistance, as clearly the order was not packed correctly. The member of staff who answered the phone was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills. She repeatedly explained that she does not know me and therefore cannot be trusted, but she knows her staff and they can, completely ignorant to human error. I found this quite disrespectful, to be accused of attempting to deceive them out of a 10 mealIn the end, her only suggestion was to take it up with the delivery provider (who was not at fault). When asked for name and position, so I could take this up further, she refused, claiming she didnt need to provide them, another example of poor customer service.
