Love pizza express anyway. This venue is lovely. Staff were nice. Food/drinks were a little slow but still always good.

Place has gone downhill,less staff,only one staff at front desk serving customers and also he is making just eat deliveries , very slow service from staff , wait at times can be like 25 mins just to get a chicken burger meal..recently I bought food from them ended up with stomach pains kept on going toilet as well as three other friends who bought food the same time as me , I think the chicken is left out and goes off thats why it was smelling the night I ate it with my friends . Or the chicken is old chicken not fresh chicken batch ,or the place hygiene is bad or staff not washing their hands could be many reason why we all got food poising..I have reported the issue to council along with my evidence, avoid this place place and save yourself getting the toulet runs!
