Bad customer. The uber driver delivered the items and he forgot to ask for the code. When I checked the order I had items missing so I called the uber drive and he asked to call the shop. I tried to call shop about 10 times and it comes busy and nobody picks up the call. I would never recommend them..

Very bad service from Pepes . Ordered my food from Uber eats. I havent received what I asked for. I have paid for it. Food arrived late and cold. No one is picking up the phone. So I cant even ask for my refund

To the management: it would be great to update your meal option on Justeat, I've been constantly receiving orders without the sides and I think it might be the way the order is displayed, when you select a meal like chicken it lists chicken, dip and drink but doesn't mention side and I assume staff might miss it's a meal so it could be useful for them to see it on the order that it has fries. Apart from that it's by far the best flavour but orders not being complete is a consistent issue, I even had this with order over phone for collection. I'm sure they're very busy but this should be addressed by management.

Staff is not well. Not sure about other but I use to buy burger frequently and not getting souce and I realize after getting my home. Its very annoying. When I asked about this on day,I told that its doesn't come. It's that true???
