Went to look at a car to buy, when the owner learned that the financing was not set up for the deal to happen straight away, he was rude. He had agreed on letting me test drive the car on the phone call I initially made to the rude Boss. Then when I got there he changed his mind cause the finance was not in place. I could not set up financing until i was sure I would be purchasing the car. The Boss kept walking away when I was trying to discuss any details about the car. He lost a sale because hes ignorant. She went and paid 4K cash for a car a week later, so she did have the money. The buyer wanted to possibly to use the option of using financing also. She had used finance on a previous car, she wasnt asking you for finance. But you was to rude to find out these details. Your the worset business sales person Ive ever met. I feel sorry for your employees, having you as a boss must be the worst case scenario to deal with daily.

Went with my family member she wanted to buy a car, she previously had finance on her previous car, she paid of and sold on that car. She had cash to buy a new car, also was looking into using her finance company she had used previously as an option. When the manager heard she wanted to use finance, he wrongfully took this as she wanted him to sort out the finance. He was rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable about the facts of the situation due to his aggressive attitude. I feel sorry for his workers having to deal with this nightmare person on a daily basis.

Never supplied a logbook never answers calls or returns them. Cost me to get a log book. Wouldnt buy from these people again
