David from Graham fitt Surveyors is excellent. Very thorough and explains everything in very detail. The best thing about them is quick response. Our survey was done on time and we received the survey report with in 3 days of survey taking place. Highly recommended!

Very Very bad. Please do not use this compnay. I did my survey in 2018 they did not pick up anything. The hosue had removed some walls without planning permission and extension was done without planning permission nothing was picked up in the Survey.

Paid 840 for a building survey which was fairly detailed, as soon as the survey was delivered they were quite disengaged and never replied to my email asking for some clarifications. Would have been enough just to get a reply such as we cant advise on this matter or something like that. However nothing unusual for London.

Sadly not happy with the service as Graham Fitt Surveyors did not fulfil adequate findings for a Level 2 report I had paid for. I was recommend to use them by Daniels Estate Agents and this was on the recommendation that Graham has an expectional service history. However, as Graham isn't the one who carries the service anymore as he has many people on his team, I had Joseph Kelly carry out my Level 2 report. I had spoken to him several times prior and raised all the key things I would want him to look for eg. roof, damp any major concern. After the report, he said he could not access the roof yet I had prior informed him, he will need his own ladder. This was one of the reasons I wanted to take on a level 2 report as I was reassured by the receptionist Tabitha Ango that level 2 will carry xx things. Joseph did flag 1 thing which were helpful, that the double glazing window seal being broken. Later, I had quotes for the double glazing window and had another company Kenwood Plc come check the property who actually flagged two potential damp issues and timber infestation. I was very shocked with all these costs as these major issues should have been flagged in what I had paid for in level 2. I wasn't able to negotiate much price off the property but thanks to Kenwood's report, I managed to get something off. I did later complain to Graham and then received quite a generic copy and paste response. Considering there was about 5K worth of major work that needed to be done that their report did not flag, I think it would have only been fair they offered some form of discount. Would I recommend them again considering this much damage costs in the property, no!
