        I was cycling up Granville Park this morning - the road I live on - and was almost knocked of my bike by a woman who works at this facility with her hair slicked back driving a QASHOAI. She then proceeded to shout verbal abuse at me. Its not that hard to be patient while a cyclist is climbing a steep hill and is a little slow than you would like. Im shocked a member of NHS staff would act like this. Absolutely unacceptable.

        Staff don't care, programmes get cancelled without any prior notice and a waste of time.

        The staff saw to all my needs from social, financial and practical. They would meet me where I wanted at the office or out in the community. They were flexible, communicative and always let me set the agenda for our consultations
