The principle of what they do is excellent. They like many organisations have some amazing staff and some.. well not so. And to give a fair review its worth pointing that some staff work entirely separately from other departments. Perhaps the lack of collaborative working is one of their pitfalls. The 'them and us' complex 'some' staff show clients of superiority is saddening. During lock down they produced excellent online support. That has faded now into a bad online environment. Much like any organisations that have groups .. bullying like behaviour happens. But when it takes place in a mental health organisation you expect action to be taken - sadly I failed to see that.

It was the last time I went in. I gave a very good account of myself to a social worker called Adam, presented as articulate, capable and intelligent, he said he write a report to that effect, which I never saw, but by then it was all too late and the whole kaboodle of mental health was kicking off regardless, and hasn't died down since. They keep it quiet, but his second wife Naomi, is a social worker there, I have known her for years, they operate by different surnames, and have different religions, but that's modern life for you Good luck to them!!
