Nice shop, with a good selection of clothes and shoes. The usual bric-a-brac is here too, and also a few gardening bits. Very nice friendly staff as well.

Rude, inept, obnoxious, judgemental staff. Woefully undertrained. Staff insulted me, then the manger stood by her actions. They have zero idea what good customer service entails and run it like their own personal thiefdom. I lived in japan, where the customer (the people who ultimately provide staff wages) are Kings. In this store they treat you like a advisery, they are confrontational, territorial, and look down on people, yes, CHARITY SHOP WORKERS look "down on people" and they believe working in a charity shop makes them virtueous. Worst customer service in my life. Avoid this place, unless you want to be insulted for trying to spend money here.

Serveral members of staff in this store are rude and abrupt. Personally would rather donate to other charity shops along the high street now due to several bad experiences here. Avoid.

Nice spacious store with variety of used and new seasonal products bought to donate to a good cause. Staff are very helpful accepting donations at the back of the store. They do not always ask for a gift aid card so be sure to remind them.
