BOB is by far the best organisation I have come across in terms of understanding, supporting and signposting individuals with a history of substance misuse, especially (but not exclusively) those struggling with chronic mental health issues. This is a predominantly 'peer-lead' NPO, which operates from a place of broad acceptance, compassion, authenticity and moral clarity. I see BOB as an invaluable asset to my local community, which in my view deserves a much greater official recognition than it currently seems to receive.

Davids legs bums and tums class cater to all levels of fitness with variations to ensure participation for all. Davids warm, welcoming and encouraging nature makes the experience feel less like hard work and a place to feel part of your wider community as well as maintaining your fitness. During the pandemic Davids classes have been vital to my fitness routine and wellness. I thank him sincerely for continuing to deliver his class in these unprecedented times which is a testament to Davids resolve and commitment to delivering fitness to the masses. Marina
