We have bought through a London dealer everything V&B for 2 bathrooms in our new flat. Many thousands of pounds. We have received 2 wrong hinges for the toilet seats, a toilet tank with a problematic flash mechanism that does not work well and has no way to adjust the water flush which stopes too early, a big hole at the back and the porcelain cap moving around. There is a huge gap at the tank front due to the wrong cap they sent us. It was the subway 2.0 model. The other toilet was different model and was perfect (apart from the hinges off course). I reported all this as a problem with V&B UK with email & photos, is been 3 MONTHS now exchaging emails and nothing happened! No solid reply on how to resolve the issue, no planned visit by one of their technicians, no refund, no replacement, no action at all! V&B UK has a big issue with customer service, quality control and customer aftersales support and waranty, as we had the same items installed in Netherlands and we never had any problems. Avoid V&B UK as this is not to the same standard as the European supplied items and they damage the V&B brand reputation! We will continue to be loyal V&B customer in Europe but this is an alert for UK customers insterested to buy those high end items in the UK!

At work we opted for V&B bathroom range and it is of exceptional design and quality. At home I have a selection of ceramic items and they are also top quality and very functional. Recommend V&B products!

I have recently purchased a set of "mademoiselle" cutlery from Villeroy and Both. I absolutely love it! This cutlery set is well designed, good weight, stylish, classy! I have had these for about 3 months now and they still look brand new. The presentation box was brilliant as I still use it now to store the cutlery in. I love the brand! All the Villeroy products come with a high quality. Worth every penny!

They produce and sell very expensive toilet/bidet seats ( ViClean )that are built cheaply and break shortly after warranty expiration. Calling the customer service was pointless as they do not have a recommended list of repair services and there are no spares available online. Their reply was that any one with plumbing or electrician expertise should be able to fix the units, which is obviously non sense since is a specialistic product. And who am i meant to call? An electrician or a plumber? Both?? And where would they get spares or a maintenance manual?? Joke of a company ripping customers off and not standing by their products! Steer clear
