Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury

Happy had a wonderful time at Longcroft Cat Hotel Norbury, I know now because he came back in a very good mood and want to play as usual. Many thanks to Robbie and his wife for taking care of my cat so well ! I will book another time soon.

I have two very nervous recue cats, and they were very well looked after, with extra hiding places for them to snuggle in. They were obviously well looked after, but even kept an extra day when my flight was suddenly cancelled, it meant I didn't have to worry. I opted for the regular wet food, but they have a special dry as well, and this was accommodated for. We will be back.

A small, family-run cattery that really do take care of your cat(s)! I was nervous about leaving my cat Dizzy as she had never been to a cattery before and is an indoor cat, but she clearly settled in after the first few days. The regular photo updates are lovely and reassuring, and the little gift bag at the end with toys and treats is a lovely touch.

I am so glad I was able to get a space for my boy at Longcroft. It was the first time I had been away since adopting him and was anxious about leaving him. I need not have worried. I was sent regular pictures and emails with updates on how my boy was getting on and this really help me to have a better holiday and relax. They really looked after him well and he got along famously. He enjoyed really enjoyed himself. I am so grateful to Longcroft for the care he was given and the next time I go away, without a doubt he will be going to Longcroft.

Really caring cattery. You can tell from the questions asked when booking. Robbie was great, I received regular updates and my cat came back looking like he had a lovely pampered holiday. Will use again in a flash.
