I quit working for Do&Co, as I felt I was being mistreated. I never wanted to work over-time. My shift was supposed to finish 22:00hr but I ended up finishing 00:30hr. There was no bus at the time and I felt very vulnerable. I was left to do all the work by myself and when I asked someone to help me, there so many misunderstanding because LANGUAGE issue. Hardly anyone was speaking English. Sadly, I wanted to work for DO&CO for a year to get that experience, a lot of problems occurred such as management, time, language, health and safety. I was left with lots of bruises all of my body and I was unable to walk for a week. For those who wish to work with Do&Co, make sure you work early shift, because after 2pm, they will start to treat you like a animal. DO&Co company needs to also make sure they hire mangers who are very fluent in ENGLISH. Lastly, I never go paid for a week worth of shift during December. I addressed it to management, but they ignored me and said they will sort it, but nothing has changed since. I felt like I was being used and moved around like nothing. I wish those who want to work for this company well, because there needs a real change for this company to succeed, as they have lots of employees leaving every month. Mary.
