Our guests loved the food and complimented how tasty, fresh and delicious the food was with many guests going back for seconds. Ajanta Caterers have been used for our annual charity event from 2013 onwards. They recently catered for nearly 200 people at this year's Bollywood event on 26th November. It is always a substantial decision as to who to choose to cater for your event. Ajanta have been extremely professional, extremely responsive and willing to tailor their food to clients needs. This year, adjustments were requested to the food. Ajanta took time to listen to feedback from guests, offer practical suggestions and were flexible in their approach to delivering solutions. The guest feedback after this years charity event was wholly complimentary about the dinner provided by Ajanta. The food was attractive to the eye, delivered on time and very well flavoured. We wish to thank Shyam and his team for the service provided at this years event; the support for which was second to none. Communication was friendly, professional and detailed throughout. For any potential customers in doubt, our view is that Ajanta are certainly worth a try. They a) understand client requirements, b) offer constructive advice and c) prepare food which appeals to the masses. Perhaps try some of their food before buying. Our experience from this year shows that food can truly be adjusted to the customers taste when asked to (not straightforward to do for mass catering). Ajanta caterers provided the food and service for our wedding this August. Not only was all the food very delicious (I'm still thinking about the dahi wada with chutney!), Shyam and his team also were fantastic in how the served the food and drinks. They were calm, organised and went out tof there way to make sure guests were happy. I came to know that one uncle had requested chapati, which was not on the menu, and the kitchen quickly made some in the spot. It was a pleasure dealing with Ajanta catering and I highly recommend them for your event.
