I contacted your Customer Service team and spoke to a Kiera Pillay who I believe is in your Customer Service representative. It was really surprising to be honest to receive such a dismissive response from your team member including CEO. I am going to be honest here, I only buy the best, hence why I originally purchased your carpets. If all top brands like BMW, Mercedes , Miele, Rolex, would simply be so dismissive of their products they would not earn the respect/excellent reputation and quality that these products truly deserve. Your representative is correct your product only comes with a 5 years warranty , however it also fair to say other carpet manufacturers Westex and Axmister (which carry the Royal Warrant) offer 10 years warranty on their 100% heavy velvet wool carpets (also in the same price bracket as your products). As mentioned my carpets look awful and do expect them to have fared better than they have in such a short period of time. You carpets are meant to be the top end of the market and I do think your company should be more concerned that the quality has fallen short in my case and far from good. The carpets are situated on the stairs and upstairs and we never wear any shoes on them.Terrible reverse piling. Both me and my partner have now decided to replace the carpets, however I am in two minds to consider buying Jacaranda carpets after the disappointing experience that we have had. I contacted the retailer where I purchased it, however they dont deal with Jacaranda anymore and they have not placed orders with your organisation for many years so I daresay they carry no clout or influence with your organisation. I just thought you should know that in order to gain a good reputation a manufacturer should much more interested in the after care if they want repeat business.

Rug was poor quality and shed frayed fabric all over the house, even after a few weeks of hoovering. We replaced it with an IKEA rug 10% of the price. When we asked to return it, they expected us to pay 150 for delivering back to the manufacturer in North of England. Thats 1,000 well never see again

Ordered a bespoke runner for our hallway and couldn't be happier with the result! Beautiful quality rug, hand made and delivered quicker than estimated, especially as it was around the Christmas period. First class service. Will highly recommend!
