        Terrible customer service. You call and email several times and nobody responds. I'll never use them again as its just such a waste of time chasing people constantly and being ghosted.

        Phoned with an enquiry and stressed how important I got some information. Asked to email and promised that I would receive an email response by the end of the day. Nothing. Sent a follow up email the folllowing day. Wtiting this 3 days later and haven't heard a thing. Poor customer service skills if they can't even reply back to say they can't help. Extremely disappointed that I have to give even a one star rating

        We are absolutely devastated by the terrible fit we had on Friday. We paid to have the carpet laid in one piece and then the fitter advised that he would need to cut a piece after he already removed our old carpet. The join is very noticeable as it is in the door way. Distraught.
