I have never left a bad review for a business before. However, I have now had the most unprofessional service I have ever received from Bradley. Bradley cancelled my appointment an hour before he was supposed to come despite this being booked for weeks. I then had to chase him a few times for a new appointment. He ignored me for two days, after which he then gave me another appointment. I sent him a few texts to him to confirm the new appointment out of courtesy, for which he then cancelled the second appointment. He then tried blaming it on me for not texting him back within two hours (despite never letting me know and me having to send several chasers asking me to confirm). No remorse whatsoever. He simply said I thought you were flexible mate. Horrible behaviour.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had a leak on our carpet - they came round straight away with a fan to dry overnight and came the next day to clean. Bradley was lovely and completed the job swiftly and professionally. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Bradley!
