        NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. Horrendous cleaning job & abhorrent staff - nowhere near standard required to satisfy landlord / property manager. Upon request for some compensation and/or re-visit, they totally ignored us & told us we had no grounds for any complaints. Avoid at ALL costs

        Hired for an oven clean in the house weve just moved into, would not hire Monster to do so again. While the oven was cleaned satisfactorily, the hob was left filthy. I was advised they had not cleaned it for fear of damaging the metal - apparently theyve damaged hobs a lot in the past according to John, Sales Consultant. However, I successfully cleaned it with fairy liquid and a standard scrubbing brush without causing any damage myself. Very frustrating given how much we paid and that they had quoted to complete the work. Why quote if you cant deliver? Ive given such a low rating for the inconvenience, the cost vs.poor delivery and the lack of customer service. Theres plenty of other options - choose someone else willing to actually deliver.

        booked to clean oven. Didnt come on day arranged but early following morning. Didnt understand how oven worked - just pushed any button they could find and only succeeded in turning it off ! . Didnt clean the oven properly. Parts of it were still dirty at the end. Why did we book them without reading the reviews ???
