Great service from initial phone to the end product! Used this company for the first time today. Marcus took my call was friendly and made sure I got the date and time I asked for. Arrived before time which was great for me and was respectful of our home wearing shoe covers. Explained in full how he is going to clean the sofa, got on with it and has done a brilliant job!! The best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I work in a letting agency so have used a lot of cleaning companies over the years but Marcus is the best. Extremely professional, polite and always does a brilliant job. He also has the best carpet cleaning equipment I have ever seen, very high end service but at a great price. Will continue to use Marcus as I have the last 6 years or so. Very highly recommended.
