IMO Car Wash

Paid 30 for a thorough wash and clean, got my car back with dirty rims and patchy interior. Not recommended.

The worst car wash in London! AVOID AVOID! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this car wash. Not only did they do a terrible job cleaning my car, but they also managed to break my car key so I couldnt start the car anymore as the immobiliser was lost. When I confronted the staff about the issue, they were incredibly rude and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. To make matters worse, they closed up the car wash and left me stranded in their parking lot for over four hours, without any assistance or compensation for their mistake. I had to call the RAC to come and tow my car back home and had to get another key copied, costing me a significant amount of money and time. Overall, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Their staff is rude and unprofessional, and they clearly have no regard for the safety and well-being of their customers or their property. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your car cleaning needs
