It can get very busy at times. I think I spent 30-45 mins on the last visit but that's because cars kept coming in to join the queue - It must be a popular spot or maybe the end of year rush.
The workers spoke little but I suppose they were simply focusing on the cleaning as it was busy.
It has a good system in place where different sections are for different purposes. For example, first starts off with an initial rinse, then proceed to shampoo and so on.
Overall a good experience - car was clean and smelt good which is the purpose of the visit.
