Discusting looked at a 5000 car online immaculate drove there 50 mins away and car was discusting he was so rude and said to go away then DO NOT GO NEAR THIS GARAGE

Do not buy from this garage! Awful customer service! We bought our car from them in December and picked it up the weekend before Christmas. On the drive home we noticed the airbag light had come on and on Christmas Eve discovered that in the rear doors would not lock. After speaking to them they did agree to look at the car if we bought back, we arranged to do so on New Years Day - funnily enough the lady that was going to meet us was too sick to come and her suggestion was to leave our car key with the local Londis! They ignored my follow up emails. Our car has been seen by a mechanic locally to us and to get everything fixed it will cost about 600. The garage is ignoring our calls and emails. We also still have not received the log book back from the DVLA so I can only assume they have not sent the paperwork off. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards - DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! There service is so awful that if I could have submitted this review without a star rating then I would have.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. They sold me a Citroen C4 Picasso with MOT valid for an year saying this car won't require any investment at least for an year. Took it to a mechanic for servicing next week as engine oil was low. I was told that there were many issues with the car - engine oil sensor defective, glow plugs defective, front tyre not good for more than a month, rear windows not opening, Rear brake discs and pads worn out, Exhaust gas re-circulation valve fault, Front brake discs rusted. Now I have to pay another 750 pounds to get all these fixed. After sharing the diagnostic report, Quality Trade guys either don't have time to read it or provide an update. Amir who sold the car, talked for more than 30 mins about how great it was and value for money but now he is not available to talk any more. I wish I would have read review from previous buyer. AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE.
