I bought a car from this dealer in Feb 2022. Service was good and the car was up to expectation in terms of quality, and very clean when handed over to me. Questions were answered clearly.

Just few point we want to make clear for you and for who reads the reviews as we want keep the highest trust with all our costumers and we do not let any one down : 1- you chose the day and time for this appointment. 2- the car already arrived on Friday 4 June 2021 and the earliest day we booked to repair the scratch on the roof was on Monday 7 June 2021. 3- The were NO massive crack like you mentioned on the review, it was just a little SCRATCH. 4- The photo of the advertisement of the car clearly showing the scratch and we didn't hide it. 5- When we told you don't worry about the scratch, we were honest that the car would be repaired on Monday . 6- The bumper wasn't at all loose, like you mentioned on the review. We have no idea where you got this idea from. 7- The battery came from the manufacturer without cover , each car is different to another some have cover , some don't. 8- We don't buy cheap cars to sell high prices . You have to understand when you buy a car from a second hand dealer don't expect it's a brand new car from the main dealer. Kind Regards

Two months ago I bought a car from here, c class estate 2011 and those guys are legends for making buying a second hand car pain free with the service they give and the warranty they provide. Thank you Sara Global, I very much appreciate the trouble you go through to ensure my car is trouble free.
