This is my second time purchasing a vehicle and this time around it wasn't as smooth as the first. I got messed around with picking up my car when booked a time and upon collecting my vehicle, tyre pressures needed doing and also both set of keys battery needed replacing. Then I found a chip on the windscreen of the car after a week or so and then we agreed I would get the money reimbursed and haven't heard anything from them. Overall it was an average service and for the most part happy with the car

Absolutely brilliant service, super helpful staff and very knowledgeable. They really went above and beyond for me as I cant say Im the easiest customer- but Tommy and Luke were exceptionally helpful and got me into the car I desperately wanted with no fuss! Thanks so much.

Called twice to enquire about upgrading my mothers motability vehicle. I didnt receive a call back. On my third attempt i got through to a sales person called Gary who was very rude and abrupt on the phone. I said i found the model we wanted and said for me to call back the next day as he was on annual leave. I am really really disappointed with the service and disappointment the way i was treated.
