Being a car engineer myself, the level of service, advice and attention to detail was amazing. All of the cars are very well sourced and are priced perfectly, and there are no bad CAT S/N types even considered by them, no wonder they are AA endorsed. I think trust is important when handing your over for a car and having spent a full weekend driving around going from bad place to bad place with horribly presented cars and sales people who didn't really want to even sell them - I arrived at Ray Auto and realized that this place is different, nothing was a trouble - I saw the car twice and bought it on the 3rd time. It was 5 years old and in great condition, there wasn't a car there that looked bad. They are honest, give a good option for warranty and I will probably travel back there to buy from them when I move out of London. Thanks for my car!

Stay away! After having a good initial experience all seemed ok. But then shortly after buying the car it developed a fault and it was here that Ray showed his true colours. He attempted to deny his terms to a refund and actually put in an email I must change my review! Attempted to charge me 630 to return his fault car! Very shady and all in all a very bad experience. Please read the other reviews of similar customers who have had a good initial experience all for it to turn bad.

The Boss, Ray, gave us the best car for the best price. I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend this car sale to anyone who wants to buy a clean genuine car.
