The Moo team was great. They were friendly and engaging when briefing us before we set out. They were knowledgeable and professional. It is a fun activity to do, and different from a lot of other thi gs to do in london. We really enjoyed our kayak with Moo, and will be back to explore more of the waterways. Thank you.

Nice experience. Getting through the algae is hard work but that's out of their control. Good value for money. Will definately rebook

Really friendly staff! To think they give the same safety and welcome talks all day and yet their excitement level and welcoming smiles, are high. The day we went, they recommended two waterways we could take. The options were less algae, but more locks, or no locks but with more algae. I really appreciated that, as we opted for the less algae route and were eventually rewarded with beautiful clear waters and lots of wildlife. The physicality of it was a lot, but manageable with two people and I havent seen the inside of a gym in years. If you take the lock route, you do need to be able to haul yourself up, or kayak with someone who doesnt mind helping. Passers by were super sweet and would help me also whether I needed it or not. The kayak is heavy to pull in and out of the water, but also manageable. We were a group of four people, so on the way back, we finally realised if we teamed up on the carrying, it was quicker and easier. I would definitely go again. Although it would be nice if they also did kayaks for one person too, as I would love to be able to pop done on my own occasionally. Ive kayaked twice in my life as a teenager, it was so easy to get to grips with. Do listen to the instructions and take your time figuring out directing the kayak.
