Custom Birthday Cakes

Called and discussed making a cake for my daughter's birthday party. She sent us options to choose from. We choose and emailed her back. She agreed to take the order in the beginning and then cancelled on us saying she was too busy and we were taking up too much of her time. On the phone she kept saying she can make any cake we choose. When we choose one of her designs and asked for it to be exactly same she baulked. My daughter is heartbroken and in tears, as she was all prepared and told her friends about her birthday cake. Explaining a 5 year old why is difficult. Very unreasonable and bad experience. I would not rely on her.

Lily made our wedding cake and we were delighted with the outcome - it looked incredibly impressive and tasted delicious. Lily worked with us really closely to create the cake that fitted with our scheme and each layer was a different flavour to cater for everyone's tastes. Can't thank Lily enough!
