Cake Box Harlesden

Its not even specific to just this cake box, but they rarely seem to have change and kick up a bit of a fuss about paying with cash and pressuring me to pay by card. Paying for a 3.50 slice with a 10 note is really not unreasonable. You always know what youre going to get with cake box. The cakes arent world class, but pretty much always consistent. The standard of customer service could do with being more universal across branches however. Its not uncommon to go in and find staff giggling together in the back taking ages to get round to serving you.

I placed an order for a cake to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday a few days ago and I had to write a review to commend the young lady who took my order and also provided advice and assured me of the delivery, which was, by the way, on time. Lovely lady, exemplary customer service and everyone enjoyed the cake.

The egg free cake was amazing and custom design was also perfect. Tasted great thanks guys

Don't go. Rude stuff. They guy got upset because I took photo from the cake to show my partner which one he wanted. Try another shop but not the Harlesden one.
