Lauren is an absolute star. She made our wedding cake - 3 tiers, Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle & chocolate fudge I only got to try one as it went so quickly at the wedding but it was delicious!! She produced an amazing cake, exactly what I had pictured in my head. She was very responsive and accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding (twice!) due to COVID and prices are very reasonable in comparison to other similar cake makers. Cant recommend highly enough!

Had the pleasure of working with Lauren to re-create my wedding cake in miniature for my anniversary, and with a photo and a discussion on flavours she absolutely nailed the design and flavour - it tasted better than the original cake, actually! Pure talent at work here. I'd pay double what I did for what I got.

WOW Lauren at Little Ray's did the most incredible cake and cupcakes for my son's birthday party! The venue and the partygoers kept commenting that it was the best looking cake they've ever seen and tasted! The red velvet was so moist and delicious and we did 3 kinds of cupcakes, which were all wonderful. Thanks Lauren!

This is our second time ordering with Little Rays. As before, Lauren was spot on in advising us on the cake size needed. The ordering process and cake design was seamless with Lauren sending us a detailed sketch of the cake so I could provide any input as needed. The cake was a success on the day with everyone commenting on how pretty and detailed the cake and figurines were. Cake tasted good and fresh - thanks again Lauren!

Lauren made us the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake! It was exactly what we asked for. Everybody at my wedding said it was delicious! Little rays bakery has extremely good value for money, it was very affordable! Lauren accomadated all my last minute changes and responded very quickly to all my emails, I couldn't be happier!
