Paid for my latte with card and got the confirmation on my phone. The lady said I hadnt paid so I told her I had the confirmation on my online banking and showed her but she insisted I had not paid and would not listen to me. To avoid further hassle I paid again and when I left the shop and checked my online banking, I had indeed paid twice like I had said. Rude

Standard overpriced coffee and food for one of them train station places, but this guy just served me and took my payment twice. We both saw my payment go through but he stopped me and asked me to pay again. I did it to be polite but when I pulled out my online banking to prove he charged me twice, he payed me back in cash. Bearded guy btw.

The most disgusting frappe ever. Asked for a mocha coconut milk frappe. Cost me 4.15. It was warm , I was told its because the milk was on the side and not In the fridge. Really ???! Thats gross but also just put more ice in when blending. The guys then emptied out 1/4 of the cup and added more ice and gave it back to me. I explained a frappe is blended ice. He willingly made me another which was a little colder but mainly because it has floating ice in it. But its disgusting. Feel totally ripped off. Maybe some of the staff need training in how to make these drinks ?
