        Travelled all the way from Croydon on 2 buses. Stated on your website you was open 9:30 till 4:00pm only to find it all shuttered up. Rung the mobile number to be told no we are not opening today. When I said it would of been nice of you to update your website I was told to loose my attitude then the phone was put done. Listen love even 1 star for you is too generous. Maybe a course in manners wouldnt go a Miss for you.

        Refused service to a blind person, and didnt validate there reasoning for why, I have no idea why. But this restaurant is ablest.

        We have been coming to Blakes jungle for 3 years and I can honestly say we have always had a pleasant experience.The play area is always well kept and the choice of food and drinks offered is fab. It saddens me to see a particular family trying to tarnish a small business on untrue facts regarding a guide dog and not taking into fact that animals pose and huge impact on children and adults with severe allergies. Tania is a very kind and accommodating person. All you need to do is go along and see for yourself. Dont listen to hearsay. See you again soon. We love you all at Blakes Jungle
