Nejmi Coaching

Working with Nejmi has been super beneficial in providing me with the confidence to pursue the career for me. Nejmi's emphatic and considered approach helped me push through any disillusionment and uncertainties I had in regards to my career. I knew the "feelings" I wanted from my career but I wasn't sure what that looked like in a tangible and practical way - Nejmi was able to coax this out of me. At the end of the process, I had the tools to go out and pursue the career I want. This process has been such a positive process that it's helped me reframe how I think and show up in my current role, therefore making my work and days much more calmer whilst I'm pursuing my dream career. The idea behind working with Nejmi was to more quickly answer the question what is my "Big Game" in life, so I could get on with winning at it. After 6 months drilling down into where I am going, I was delighted with the outputs. Nejmi's approachable style meant I just wanted to keep talking with him like a dear friend who knew exactly how to tease out what was in my head and what I sometimes felt difficult to articulate. Nejmi is part thought provoker, part educator, part supporter all wrapped into one. He has an incredible ability to know when to tap into each of these skills to bring out meaning that is often unattainable alone. We have tackled both personal and professional challenges, with each session leaving me to walk away with clear achievable objectives for the next. Nejmi has a way of summarising my own, mostly rambling, thoughts in a way that brings clarity and direction. In short, if you are looking for someone to untangle your goals, career aspirations and most importantly your potential, then I cant recommend Nejmi highly enough.

When exploring the option of coaching I wanted an open and honest approach to helping me focus my career goals as well as the approach to tackling the challenges ahead of me. The candid nature of the sessions with Nejmi meant no stone was left unturned, which meant we were able to unearth insights which will have a significant impact on my career progression and wellbeing. Many people feel they don't need coaching but one who cuts the path can't see that it's crooked (Ghanaian proverb) and a different perspective is valuable, or invaluable if it's Nejmi's.
