I have been meeting Mike regularly for several years, and the sessions are always useful. From the outset I said I didn't want to follow a prescriptive coaching routine, and Mike was flexible enough to take this onboard, and to offer me the sounding board I require while still "holding my feet to the fire" when necessary. He strikes the right balance between actually listening to you and then offering useful (and sometimes firm) advice. I would recommend him!
