The coaching sessions with Sanjiv have been both challenging and rewarding with immediate effect. Sanjivs knowledge, from having been there and done it in the past as well as the accountability he gives are the best things about ActionCoach. Having a business coach has meant I'm more aware of how the business needs to run and Im working pretty much purely 'on' the business now. I've been able to let go of most of my client work and have a lot more flexibility as a result. Now I definitely have a better balance than previously, and its more in my control.

Sanjiv has played an integral part in my development from individual sales contributor to managing and leading a team.
