We used David to sell one of our construction companies. Within a month he had several parties interested. After filtering out the time wasters he put the best forward . We was able to sell and complete within 4 to 5 months. Selling a business is not easy neither is it fast but David was to hand all the way through and gave us what we wanted. I'm not the easiest person to deal with and he stuck with us. We'll done David and thanks for the help. Ps he also uses a great solicitor.

I cant believe even one person had anything negative to say about David. Hes been exemplary, marketed our company, vetted interested parties, negotiated with due diligence, and we now have a buyer at terms that are very favourable to us. Without David and his team we would be nowherethanks a million David

Disappointing. Instructed in early August 2021 and we paid a 2k upfront fee. We are disappointed because David hasnt brought us any buyers and last contacted us in October. We were aware he was unwell and had assumed he was still unwell or worse as he did not contact us again. Was somewhat surprised to read reviews on here that showed he was working on client deals. Appears to have been a wasted 2k and although from his response to this review he is upset - but we can only say what we found? Thats the whole point of a review. We wish him well but are going to look for another broker now.

David was superb at helping us when we decided to sell our business. He guided us with a free valuation and lots of helpful advice (never having done it before). We kissed a few different frogs before we found the right one, and the whole process was done and dusted in six months from start to finish. What more could you ask? David was also very pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service from engagement to completion . David was very helpful with all aspects of sale and always available to talk to if we had any queries. Would highly recommend.
