I attended Phil's quarterly Growth Club and found it really useful. It made me think differently about my business and my priorities and I gained a great deal from the session. So much so that I referred one of my own vocational rehabilitation clients. This individual was looking at new career options after a period of ill health and one of those options was self employment. Phil provided great business advice, but was also understanding of her health needs. She provided great feedback regarding his support.

I cannot recommend Phil enough - not only does he take a very pragmatic approach to his coaching, he is incredibly supportive, asks great challenging questions and really gets you thinking. He is also excellent at providing suggestions and possible solutions backed up by his own personal experiences. He is extremely kind with his time and takes a personal interest in your business getting to know you and the people. I hope to be able to utilise his services for many years to come. I was reluctant to talk with a coach thinking they wouldnt understand my sector and would charge a fortune but no. Phil gave me almost three hours of his time and I am 100% better off for it. Objective solid principles and applying a good measure of accountability. I think all of us need to check in with Phill. A calm professional smart chap.
