        Very poor service. Staff members talking between themselves but not willing to help. When I asked to put money into my account I was told to go to the machine and do it which Im not familiar with. Staff was rude. Nationwide should train staff better to deal with customer care

        Visiting this branch is traumatic. For such a big branch why do they only have 2 counters? Especially when they have closed so many branches recently. I have visited branch five times, there has always been a queue 10 deep.
