Nationwide Building Society

Ive been with nationwide for over 20 years on weds 13th July at 545 pm I deposited a 120 pound cash in one of there new atms at this Pinner branch I have used this facility at this branch numerous times without problem anyway on this occasion it swallowed my money said it was jammed and released my card back to me and told me to contact nationwide to which I did and have everyday until today the 19th of July and they still havent sorted it so Im out of pocket they just keep passing the buck and finding excuses not to deal with this matter in my eyes I have been treated unfairly and it has taken to long I am yet still waiting for someone to call me back since then not. A bank you can trust I still await my money shame on you nationwide

Excellent service and very easy to use ATM inside in fact much better than Barclays!! I also like the fact that the bank is open all week unlike other banks which seem to close a whole day which is an inconvenience

An efficient Building Society which is clean, competent and we'll staffed by friendly people. So glad this Pinner branch is still open as there seems to be a real shortage of decent Building Societies these days and this one is to be cherished as it's really good.

I have visited this branch twice, the latest one being on 12th Feb 2020. Very unhelpful staff...I noticed this on my first visit few months back. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 2nd visit confirmed it was general unwilling to help by the branch staff. On my 2nd visit I needed to update some personal details on my loan account but told by the cashier that she could not. It was not as if though the branch was busy, the opposite, it was really quite! I had a sneaky suspicion that cashier was rather unhelpful but I did not want to argue so I visited another nearby branch and they could do immediately without any fuss. Head office if you are reading this comment get rid of this rather unhelpful staff along with the tired old fitting in this branch and get some new blood.
