        Dated branch. No investment to modernise. Limited services. Staff are nice but Nationwide needs to get this branch into the new age of banking. Was shut on Friday before Christmas, another pain in the backside.

        Absolutely brilliant service. Despite being 'closed' the staff went beyond what was expected. Excellent attitude and service that I thought had long gone in this country
