AVOID AVOID HT DEVELOPMENT! I purchased a new build house with HT development and that was the biggest mistake I did. Very very poor workmanship. The house is falling apartment within 12 months. The worst part of this, is the new build house was built with no main water line supply. HT developers did not put in an application for a water line, they instead connected my neighbours water line to my property! Thats fraudulent! I have made it my mission, to complain to every jack, Harry, Paul whoever who will listen to me and bring this people line. So far so good!

HT are Excellent workmanship and reliable had a garage conversion work done and it was done to a high standard. Theyve also given me quotes for other jobs I needed done around the home, very competitive prices to be honest they was the cheapest.

Very professional - Fully satisfied with their work. Very Professional. I didnt have to complain about anything at all. Im loving the new look of my home. Will be hiring them every time I need a builder.

Supplied by wren to fit my kitchen. Poor all around. Took 4 months to fit. Standard of electrical, gas and plastering work was below poor standard. Failed gas certificate due to a gas leak that could have been highly dangerous if not resolved when I did. All plastering had to be redone. The electrical work was done without passing any safety requirements. All this information was passed on to them with no reply. It is my duty to ensure no one endures the issues I have had after this company fitted my kitchen. Please stay away, this company should not be working.

Very low standard of work. DON'T development for me, have problem with after services and work. Skirting boards coming off wall, leaking bathroom and shower, cheap materials and workmanship. The list go on and on, very depressing experience. Had to pay someone else to correct the work. Buyer be ware, you have been warned!
