County Lofts

County Lofts completed a hip to gable conversion at my house starting in December 2020 and finished completely in March 2021. From our initial meetings with George and Dan to firm up what we wanted, the process has been near seamless. The only downside was that Sam and his team who did the 2nd fix work made many mistakes that I would not expect however Steph was ALWAYS on hand to deal with and rectify any issues I had and any future customers reading this should not worry. All other tradesmen from Tony and co who put the steels in to the Tiler, Roofer, Fascia/Soffit fitter, Decorator, Plumber, Electrician and Plasterers/Renderer were very very good. I can't fault any of the these guys and would highly recommend County Lofts. The prices were fair and there was plenty of flexibility. Great work County.

Big thank you to all at county lofts. Our new loft rooms are fantastic. Really appreciate the effort and organisation that went into making it all happen. Dave and Mark were great with getting the project completed to a great finish with minimal fuss. Dan was always on hand and offered great ideas throughout the works. County Lofts created our loft conversion a couple of months ago. There was no stress. It was all very easy the foreman on our project was Tony who was great all the trades arrived as planned and completed their tasks. We opted for a complete new roof that wasn't part of the original contract and this didn't seem to have any impact on our build or schedule. My advice would be to people just make sure you are organised with bathrooms etc as although we were pre warned they need the parts quite soon on Happy to recommend

We had been planning a loft conversion for some time and had met a number of good loft conversion companies. County Lofts stood out for us from the start with a really professional and informative first visit that was followed by a clear, easy to understand and detailed quote to carry out the works. We had a really clear vision of what we wanted to do with our loft space; a hip to gable conversion and a dorma to construct 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room. County Lofts came in and carried out an amazing transformation to our house. They worked with us in a truly professional way, keeping us informed and assured throughout the entire project. The challenges, which are unavoidable in these types of projects, were dealt with constructively and quickly. The professionals working onsite as well as the management team in the office were hard working, fantastic at what they do and a pleasure to work with. The work has been done to a high quality, in amazingly quick time and to the budget that we agreed from the outset. We were so well looked after and a lot of precaution was taken to keep the outside and inside as tidy as possible. We are extremely pleased that we chose County Lofts and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to have a loft conversion, they are full of good and honest people who have customer satisfaction as their number one priority. Thank you to the full team who worked with us, you really deserve the 5 out of 5 review we give to you as a small appreciation of the fantastic work done for us.

I feel it is necessary to add at this stage of the works (although the works are not complete yet) that Dan Ryan and his team at County Lofts are doing a great job. The majority of the works to the new dormer at my home are complete and as usual County Lofts has kept me and my husband fully informed and updated at each stage of the work in progress. You may have noted in my last sentence I wrote as usual this is because it is actually the second time that my husband and I have used County Loft to do a loft conversion for us. We first used them just over 10 years ago. The reason why we chose to use them again is because of their quality workmanship and the care they put into making the job right. They also have an excellent after care service that has brought peace of mind to us and no doubt to all their other customers too. It is most unfortunate that my neighbour has carried out her threats by going to the lengths she has taken to try to discredit, thus tarnish County Lofts excellent reviews record. Clearly one could see that historically County Lofts have had nothing but excellent reviews, so I urge all potential/future customers to read my neighbours review with an open mind, as I could attest that she has indeed posted non-factual and incorrect information in her review. She has exaggerated the whole situation for what would appear to be for mercenary reasons.
